Checklist for 2009-2010 Sabbatical Applications
1 letter-sized file folder, labeled with Name, Department, and Original • 1 original application
1 letter-sized file folder, labeled with Name, Department, and Copy • 1 photo copy of application
A 1" expandable file folder labeled with Name and Department • Place both letter-sized file folders in expandable folder
