Marcia Powers is Assistant to the Dean, Information Specialist, for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Marcia is responsible for data analysis in the office of the Dean and coordinating enrollment management across the College.

Before coming to the College in June 2004, Marcia worked at the KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. There, beginning in 1998, she worked in the Office of Faculty Affairs and as a research analyst in the Department of Planning and Analysis. Marcia has a BA in anthropology and a BS in life sciences from Kansas State University . She also received a MA in anthropology from SUNY Binghamton.
